Quick verdict

Different value propositions. RedotPay is the simpler payment utility — broad asset support, broad mobile-wallet coverage (Apple/Google/Samsung Pay), no cashback to optimise for. KAST is a tiered product — the no-annual-fee K Card gives you 1.5% cashback in SOL and 16-currency settlement; the premium tiers (Premium/Limited/Private at $1k–$10k/yr) only make sense for high spenders.
