By using CCC (Crypto Cards Compare, at cccompare.xyz) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What CCC is

CCC is an independent comparison site for crypto debit and credit cards. We collect publicly available information about each card and present it side by side to help readers choose. We are not a card issuer, financial institution, broker, or regulated adviser.

Not financial advice

Nothing on CCC is personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Card features, fees, supported currencies, and program rules change frequently, and we may not capture every change in real time. Before applying for any card, you should verify the current terms on the issuer's own website and, if appropriate, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep card information accurate, but we provide all information "as is" without warranties of any kind. Some items (cashback rates, FX fees, annual fees, geographic availability, app store availability) are tier-dependent or region-dependent and may differ from what you experience at sign-up. The "Last researched" date shown on each comparison view tells you how recent our data review is.

Sign-up links and third-party services

The Sign Up button next to each card uses a tracked referral link to the card issuer. When you click it, you leave CCC and enter the issuer's website or app. From that point on, the issuer's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We have no control over the issuer's onboarding flow, KYC requirements, regional restrictions, or fees, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with them.

News and external content

Our "Recent News" page aggregates headlines from third-party publishers (CoinDesk, The Block, CoinTelegraph, Decrypt, Blockworks, Bitcoin Magazine and others). We display only the headline, source, publication time, and a thumbnail; clicking a story takes you to the publisher's own website where the publisher's terms apply. We don't endorse, host, or modify the linked content. Trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Use of the site

You agree to use CCC for personal, non-commercial purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the site, the API endpoints, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Submit invitation-code requests with email addresses you don't own or have permission to use.
• Misrepresent the content of the site (for example, by republishing comparison data without attribution).

Intellectual property

The original written content on CCC (comparison copy, FAQ, card reviews, page layout) is © Crypto Cards Compare. Card logos and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and comparison purposes only — what is sometimes called nominative fair use. We claim no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the card issuers we cover unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCC and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on the information shown. You assume full responsibility for any financial decisions you make based on what you read here.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
